There is not a week that goes by when I see another article in the paper about some local CEO going to jail from ill gotten gains by scamming or fraud. I am sick to death of these A******s buying the million dollar mcmansions with honest peoples money. They ruin real peoples lives and have no regrets.

When is this country's court systems going to get these situations right....the leniancy shown to these types is irreprehensible. For shame! Millions of dollars taken from other people will never be recovered. He came to this country and literally raped it. Its people like him that are destroying us - they may not have pulled a trigger, or used a knife but they are destroying peoples lives in the name of greed. In addition to prison he should be stripped of everything - everything. CEO's are out of line. We are the only country where the CEO wage rate above the worker is over 400% The highest in Europe is 16%. Just as the future traders for beef pushed the price up in the late sixties - we face the same with oil except the oil is on a larger and global base where the beef was strictly US. I'm sorry, the pendulum needs to swing backwards. Some how, some way Corporate America - CEOS - traders need to be knocked down more than a few pegs. 16 yrs in prison is a drop in the bucket compared to the rain his sort bring down on others.
