This would regulate the ENERGY COMMODITIES MARKET here in the US, and take the speculation out of the market idiots hands. Regardless of the consumption in China, India or anywhere else in the world, it would place regulations on the markets here in the US that were taken off in 2000-2001. It would stop the speculation and stop the madness.
