Report This! IF WE ARE TO GET THE REST OF THE WORLD TO GO WITH AMERICA WE MUST MERGE OUR KNOW-HOW WITH OTHERS SO WE WILL ALL BE BETTER OFF ALL WARS HAVE A BASE RELATED TO THE FAILURE OF THIS AND WE ARE NOW IN THE EARLY STAGES OF BEING NOT THE ONLY BOY ON THE BLOCK WHICH CALLS FOR A LITTLE INTELLIGENCE

Dont kid yourself,, American manufacturing has been outsourced by foolish people chasing the cheapest slave labor market the world has to offer so that they can sell the same product, at the same price, with a larger profit margin,, just to appease stock speculators,, the Ichan's and the Buffet's of the world.. meanwhile they have destroyed their brands and reputation with knockoff quality goods,, betrayed their country and decimated the buying power of their home market... In essence, ate the golden goose.

What a shame!,, a grand company with years of goodwill and brand loyalty built up with customers,( just bought a great washer/dryer set-Adora style, and have a 50 year old GE fridge still running in garage/shop), the pride and quality has usually been very apparent in the American produced products and have only suffered when manufacturing has been outsourced to different countries.....
Problems stem from years of hiring for company leadership from business schools, young people who are not loyal to anything,, really,, anything,, and have no attachment or emotional involvement with their companies products or reputation.. Promotions from within are the key to longevity and intensity.

I work in a plant that manufactures GE ranges. The electronic parts and wires are made in China and Mexico. We were told yesterday of the situation. We know that everything has to be completed by the end of the year. This is the same situation that occurred when Ge took over this plant. It was previously a different range manufacturing facility. Hopefully the same thing will happen and we will still have our jobs. The biggest problem I see happening is with employees. You have those that care about the quality of their work and work hard trying to make a good product. But when the parts you use a inferior and are made elsewhere you have very little control over the quality at your level. Also I own a GE chest freezer. This has been in my family for almost 40 years and it is still working. The reason things don't last as long as they use to is because no company can make a profit on anything that doesn't have to be replaced in several years. It has become a disposable world

America is only ONE of many nations in the world, we occupie about 20% of the world. America is only about 234 years old. We are nothing.

GE is a six sigma company,,ie,,,the philosophy is to grow profilts by 20% yearly for six continuous years. The way they do this is by cheating the customers and hiring low pay workers who are treated poorly. I hope they go under because they are not worthy of taking American dollars. Maybe they will go overseas. I never buy goods or services from an six sigma company and neither should any patriot.
