How long do you have to pay PMI of $250 a month in addition to your mortgage payment......know a guy that purchased a home (fixed rate)and having it rough and value of his home has plummeted

Funny, the Federal Reserve is not a Federal agency....and the same people that are being bailed out (the banks) are the very people who were so greedy they wanted to make money off anyone....so who do you really blame? Everyone deserves a home. However, not everyone is able to make six figures. The people making less money work the hardest. If CEO's can make millions then "EVERYONE" else should be making six figures no matter what. Stop blaming poor people for what greedy rich people do all the time no matter what political affiliation.

The only way to protect democrats from themselves is to appoint a republican to follow them around so they don't do anything stupid. What part of "Adjustable Rate Mortgage'" do liberals not understand?

Here is all the new law to protect consumers should say. Dumbasses please take note of the follow warning "WARNING IF YOU BORROW MONEY YOU HAVE TO PAY IT BACK"

The new liberal mind set of blame everyone else for your own greed and stupidity will destroy this country. Stop bailing people out that act irresponsible. Instead reward the people who follow the rules. Don't tax me and hand it out to the dopes
