The ERISA law is one of the biggest scams ever put over on the American worker. It is supposed to protect employee benefits, while in reality it allows the corporation to walk away, scot free, from providing them . Just ask former employees of the shipbuilding, steel, airline industries. The government is not on your side.

I pay for insurance at work and they won't pay squat. It is supposed to pay for doctor visits and medications but when you go to the doctor you find out you have to have doctor visits totalling three thousand dollars before they will pay a penny. Unless i'm hospitalized or have an accident my insurance comapany pays nothing. Just another way for the insurance comapnies to screw the american people. When you talk to them it's the same thing YOU HAVEN"T MET YOUR DEDUCTABLE.
