By urgently replacing oil as an energy source Barack Obama lays out a plan that will bring clean, renewable energy to the world for less money than oil and wars related to it. The need for treaties and agreements that include China and India will be greatly reduced when we do not use oil, coal and fossil fuels for energy. Producing the energy close to the users will also make it much more efficient. Yes, we can produce clean, renewable energy for less than the price of oil by investing urgently in alternatives close to the user.
