I smoked Menthol cigs for 27 years and loved them. Never was able to quit for more then a half day. That changed about 6 weeks ago when I was diagnosed with COPD (emphysema). Quit that day and had no withdrawals. Guess it took a terminal illness to get me to quit. One of the sucky parts is I don't get the benifit of "feeling good" and saving money after quiting. Feel like crap as now I can't breathe and all my money going to inhaler prescriptions and Dr appointments. Never thought I'd be the one to tell people to quit but here I am 45 knowing how I'm going to be dying in the next couple years - grasping for breath! So here it is, if you still smoke and are reading this, don't wait for the diagnoses to make you quit, quit now why you can get smoe enjoyment out of being a former smoker.

The liberal government's war on cigarettes is just like the war on drugs, designed not to protect your health, but to relieve you of your civil liberties.Food will be next, followed by television. When the Nanny government comes to stay, there is no end to her tyranny. And I am an ex smoker btw.
