He needs to be jail.........will he? Probably not. Will he lose any of his money? Probably not. BUT, he not the only that should be jail, they are the CEOs and other execs that BIG BONUSES for screwing up companies. They got their money, while companies got OUR MONEYGREED AND CORRUPTION..................GOD BLESS AND PROTECT US

Madoff's ill gotten gains should not be allowed to pass down to relatives and cronies. (as it might be already) as for the racists who are not embarrassed to show their hatred in print, they're among the minority, or else we wouldn't have had the mandate we just had in electing Obama. Remember Bush stole the election, not once, but twice. With the hatred spewing out of the mouths of Rush Limbaugh, and his ilk, it emboldens the racists to speak freely. Here we had an administration, just out 6 weeks ago, who stole the country away from us, and we can't bring them to justice.

Technicaly Carter was the worst president followed by Clinton soon to be followed by Obama. The facts are there has never been a good liberal democratic president That also include Kennedy.
