Free real-time quotes are provided by BATS. BATS facilitates anonymous trading between Broker Dealers in the United States. Currently the third largest market center for stock transactions with over 10% market share in the U.S., BATS covers approximately 6,000 securities in real-time trading each day. Real-time information is provided to its customers during both the pre-market and regular sessions.

Free real-time quotes may not always be available for some securities (e.g., smaller or thinly-traded securities, etc.). We always provide a composite delayed quote in case a real-time quote is unavailable.
