Disabling the repeat sign-in in Portfolios
If you have been prompted to sign-in to Portfolios even though you are signed into the AOL client software, please follow the steps below to disable the second sign-in prompt on your machine.
Your next attempt to access your portfolio from within the AOL software should not result in the second sign-in prompt. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- 1. From within the AOL client, KW to "browser fix". You should see a message that says tunneling is turned on.
- 2. To turn it off, follow the directions. Then close the AOL client and restart your machine.
- 3. After restart, open the AOL client and KW to "browser fix" again. This time it will display a messasge stating that tunneling is turned off.
- 4. Close the client and restart the machine.
