Yes...Exxon did make a profit of $40B...but did you also read how much they paid in income taxes? It was over $28,000,000,000 ($28 Billion).
Also...that mean the company only got to keep 10% of their revenue...and somehow that's windfall profits? The reason they're making so much is because thre are only a few companies and everyone buys their product...just imagine if there were only 4 or 5 shoe companies...Nike would have made $40 billion too...

I saw sparks in my older model iMAC at the location where the power cord attaches to the console. The on/off button still lights-up but the power is dead. Did I fry my IMAC?
