Does it make any sense to consider a person that filed Bankruptcy and full discharged as a "Risk" when once it is official, one (self) MUST PAY the creditor and cannot file for 8years. Hence, you are for some time a safer risk than any one with good credit,(at the time), who can lose their job, get ill without insurance, loose their home, Etc.Or some one like myself, retired, Full health insurance, guaranteed (SS) income, own my own home, no debts, own my own (old car) no debt.BUT! I had to file and was discharged of all debt. Dec 8 2008Now I am a credit risk?
