Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, Inc. (NYSE:WEN), the parent company of Wendy’s International, Inc. and Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc. announced today that it will release third quarter 2009 consolidated financial results on Thursday, November 5, 2009 before the market opens.

A conference call with slides will follow at 12:00 p.m. ET and will be webcast live from the investor relations page of the company's website, at www.wendysarbys.com. Hosting the call will be Roland C. Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer, Stephen E. Hare, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and John D. Barker, Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer.
