PHILADELPHIA and LONDON, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Thomson Reuters, the authority on research citation data for more than half a century, announced today that it will be the sole provider of data used to calculate the annual World University Rankings produced by the Times Higher Education.

The Times Higher Education, a London-based weekly newspaper that covers higher education issues, has published its World University Rankings since 2004. In pursuit of a balanced, transparent methodology and best-in-class data quality, the publication has turned to Thomson Reuters for its experience and in-house expertise.
