Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. To Host NASDAQ Opening Bell Ceremony

Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. (ROIC) (NASDAQ: ROIC), announced today announced that Stuart A. Tanz, ROIC’s President and CEO, will preside over the NASDAQ Opening Bell ceremony in New York on Tuesday, November 3, 2009. The Opening Bell ceremony will take place at 9:30 am EST at the NASDAQ MarketSite® in New York's Times Square and will be broadcast live on the seven-story NASDAQ tower.
Stuart A. Tanz commented "We are delighted to ring the Opening Bell and celebrate the listing of Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. on NASDAQ. NASDAQ is a natural home for an up-and-coming company and will provide an ideal platform to build an outstanding REIT."
ROI announced earlier this year that it will voluntarily transfer its stock listing from the NYSE Amex to the NASDAQ Global Market effective November 3, 2009., and will be traded under the symbol “ROIC”.
