Rackspace® Hosting, Inc. (NYSE:RAX) will announce its fourth quarter and year-end 2009 financial results on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, after the close of the financial markets.

Rackspace management will host a conference call with the financial community to discuss the results starting at 4:30 p.m. EST, 3:30 p.m. CST, and 1:30 p.m. PST. Lanham Napier, president and chief executive officer, and Bruce Knooihuizen, chief financial officer, will host the call.
