Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. (“PSI”) (NASDAQ: PSYS) announced today it will participate in the Stephens Fall Investment Conference, which takes place November 17 ^th through November 18 ^thin New York City. In connection with the conference, there will be an on-line simulcast of the Company’s presentation available at the Company’s Web site starting at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time/2:00 p.m. Central Time on Tuesday, November 17, 2009.

The Company will also participate in the Lazard Capital Markets Healthcare Conference, which takes place November 17 ^th through November 18 ^th in New York City. In connection with the conference, there will be an on-line simulcast of the Company’s presentation available at the Company’s Web site starting at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time/10:00 a.m. Central Time on Wednesday, November 18, 2009. Joey Jacobs, PSI’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Brent Turner, PSI’s Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, will be speaking at the Stephens and Lazard Capital conferences.

The Company will also participate in the Citi 6 ^th Annual Small/Mid Cap Conference, which takes place November 19 ^th through November 20 ^th in New York City. In connection with the conference, there will be an on-line simulcast of the Company’s presentation available at the Company’s Web site starting at 3:05 p.m. Eastern Time/2:05 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, November 19, 2009. Brent Turner, PSI’s Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, will be speaking at the conference.

A replay of the presentations will also be available on the Company’s Web site for two weeks.
