yesterday with share price increase of 21% at a volume of $10.1 million
shares traded. The last news release confirmed EXBX’ acquisition of 16
income producing oil and gas wells in Ohio which produce from the
Clifton and Marcellus Shale formations from a private oil and gas
company. The purpose of the cash flow and net worth to be received will
be put towards further development of
Exobox’
software products and technologies. Exobox Technologies has formed EXBX
Energy, Inc., which will act as a subsidiary of Exobox and will manage
and operate the recent oil and gas acquisition as well as evaluate
future opportunities. Exobox’ focus is to develop new technologies and
security services.
YRC Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: YRCW), $3.72, +$0.39, 11.71%, traded
yesterday at above average volume for the last two weeks. YRC, a Fortune
500 company, is one of the largest transportation service providers in
the world. YRC is a holding company for numerous brands including
Holland, who announced last week of its recent expansion of next-day
delivery services. Holland presently covers Central, Midwestern and
Southeastern United States and Eastern Canada. It was
reported
that the recent trading volume is being attributed to a long-term
financing agreement obtained by the company aimed to ease YRC’s
liquidity needs.

SanDisk Corp (NASDAQ: SNDK), $24.01, +$1.89, 8.54%, was going
relatively strong yesterday, and it finished with a 8.54% share price
increase to $24.01. The company reported last week on their
third
quarter revenues, totalling $935 million, an increase of 14% over
the year prior. A report prepared by

Analytics rates SanDisk as an average quality company with a neutral
outlook.

Corporation, based in California, a leading global supplier of flash
data storage card products, designs, manufactures and markets
industry-standard, solid-state data, digital imaging and audio storage
products.
Green Planet Group Inc. (OTCBB: GNPG), $0.085, +0.047, 123.68%, saw
remarkable trading activity yesterday with a 123.68% share price
increase and a 8.8 million share volume in comparison to Friday’s close
of 71,200 shares traded. It was reported that the second quarter
revenues of
GNPG
skyrocketed to $16,230,000, a little over a thirtyfold increase from the
same period last year. Revenue for the first six months was reported at
$32.93 million in comparison to $2.37 million last year. GNPG, based in
Scottsdale, Arizona, is a rising leader in environmentally conscious
products and services.
Sinovac Biotech Ltd. (AMEX: SVA), $8.06, +$0.57, 7.61%, is an
emerging biotechnology company with a focus on developing and
distributing vaccines in China.
SVA
steadily increased its share price by 7.61% to a close of $8.06, with
over 3.3 million shares trading hands yesterday. Last week the company
confirmed approval from the Secretaria de Salud to distribute
H1N1
vaccines in Mexico. The Certificate of Approval is valid through
October 13, 2014. To make the approval fully valid, remaining steps need
to be taken such as Sionvac obtaining permission from the Chinese
government to export the H1N1 vaccine to Mexico.
