NYSE Amex Approves American DG Energy for Listing

WALTHAM, Mass. Oct. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American DG Energy Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ADGE), today announced that its common stock has been cleared for listing on the NYSE Amex Exchange. The Company's common stock, which currently trades on the OTC Bulletin Board, will begin trading on the NYSE Amex on October 19, 2009. In connection with the listing the Company's ticker symbol will change to "ADGE" from "ADGE.OB."
