Mosaic Co. declares quarterly dividend of 5 cents

PLYMOUTH, Minn. -Mosaic Co., which makes fertilizers, said Friday its board has declared a quarterly dividend of 5 cents.
It will be paid Feb. 18 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 4.
Shares of Mosaic, based in Plymouth, Minn., fell 65 cents to $59.04 in afternoon trading.
