Investors Trust Names Bryan Murphy as New Member of Its Board of Directors

Investors Trust Assurance SPC (“Investors Trust”) today announced Bryan Murphy has been named to the company’s board of directors. Mr. Murphy, 64 is recognized as a 40-year veteran of the insurance industry having held senior positions in several countries, including the Cayman Islands, Ireland, United Kingdom, Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Murphy currently serves as a director of Greenlight Capital Re, Ltd., a Cayman Islands-based open market property and casualty reinsurance company listed on the NASDAQ (GLRE). From 1996 until his retirement in December 2007, Mr. Murphy served Island Heritage Holdings Ltd., a Cayman Islands-based property, liability and automobile insurer as a founding director and chief executive officer. Most recently, Mr. Murphy served as a director and vice chairman of Island Heritage.

Prior to Island Heritage, Mr. Murphy, from 1978 to 1994, served as Executive Vice President of International Risk Management Group, which at that time was the largest independent captive and risk management organization in the world.

Mr. Murphy holds a degree in economics and mathematics from University College, Dublin, Ireland.
