Hiru Corporation (HIRU) Creates a New SPC Company For A Targeted Merger in China

SAN MARINO, Italy, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Hiru Corporation (HIRU); http://www.hirucorporation.com/) informs the shareholders and public that it plans to create a Belize based Special Purpose Company (SPC). The main reason for this SPC company is to allow a vend in or a merger with China based entity, and to comply with China Security laws.

The newly created SPC company called 'Hiru Corporation Belize' will serve Hiru Corporation as a plug in to merge with the China based company. A China based Pharmaceutical company and a Retail Chain are prime targeted candidates and finalists

The restricted shares of Hiru Corporation will be issued to the Hiru Corporation Belize on the closing date. Both Hiru management and China based Company meet extensively and discuss the best approach to this merger. The document exchange between both sides will commence presently.

The current board members of HIRU have elected to change the direction of the company as its current Italian based small appliance manufacturer subsidiary has been underperforming. With this targeted merger, Hiru opens its way to become a multinational player with substantial operations and revenues. The company also intends to name its new officers shortly.
