Columbia Sportswear boosts dividend

PORTLAND, Ore. -Columbia Sportswear Co. said Thursday that its board of directors boosted its quarterly dividend nearly 13 percent to 18 cents per share.
It will be paid on Nov. 25 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 12.
The previous quarterly dividend was 16 cents per share.
Columbia shares climbed $2.68, or 6 percent, to $47.49 in after-hours trading after closing at $44.81.
