CIGNA International Expands Sales and Service in Canada
Business Wire
CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits (CIEB), a world leader in group
health benefits for expatriates, has expanded its Canadian division with
the addition of two new market leaders. Allison Martin, new director of
Canadian business development, and Tracey Trimble, new director of
Canadian client management, will provide consultative sales and service
expertise to clients in Canada and will be based in Ontario.
“We are committed to having the best and brightest talent in Canada as
we look to further expand CIGNA's presence while providing outstanding
support to advisors and clients,” said Michael Milos, vice president of
Canadian sales.
Martin joins CIGNA with extensive sales and business development
experience in the Canadian insurance marketplace for Sun Life Financial
and previously with Canada Life Assurance Company. Her 18 years of group
insurance experience make her well positioned to provide brokers and
consultants in Canada with custom benefits solutions for clients and
their globally mobile employees.
Trimble has client management experience in the Canadian group insurance
industry, holding positions of increasing responsibility over the last
10 years with Sun Life Financial. Her customer service and client
management experience on a national basis will help to shape the future
of CIGNA's world-class service offerings in the Canadian market.
“Allison and Tracey both bring tremendous hands-on experience and
knowledge in the areas of business development and client management,
and will be integral in helping us provide a premium level of service
and support to the Canadian market,” Milos said. “We want to be Canada's
first choice for international benefits.”
