(OTC Bulletin Board: JAGH) has received notification from FINRA that the name and ticker symbol change for the Company on the OTCBB will take place at the beginning of business on Tuesday, October 27, 2009. The new ticker symbol for "CardioGenics Holdings Inc." on the OTC Bulletin Board will be "CGNH". In addition to the name and ticker symbol change that is scheduled to take place tomorrow on the OTC Bulletin Board, the CUSIP for the Company's common stock will also change tomorrow to 14160X 104.
