announced today that the Company has successfully negotiated and signed a
letter of intent with a Chinese Import & Export Company to gain greater
access and have a competitive edge market in the market place. The Company
anticipates this association to be a major stepping-stone towards our
expansion plans.
China is among the top four economies of the world and the fastest growing
economy with a population base of 1.5 billion people. The Company intends
to import directly from the factories through WorldWide Import & Export
Corp and provide the domestic consumer with a real cost benefit when
