Anguilla's Prix Fixe Summer Offers Free Hotel Nights & Three Course Tasting Menus at the Island's Top Restaurants

With one of the Caribbean's most acclaimed dining scenes, Anguilla's restaurateurs are putting a twist on the popular Restaurant Week promotions in many US cities and welcoming summer 2009 guests with
$35 and
$45 prix fixe pricing for three course menus for the summer season (excluding beverages, gratuity and tax; regular a la carte menus also offered). The
$45 menu will be served up at Blanchards, a mecca for foodies, considered one of the best in the
Caribbean ; Veya, the newest culinary star on the island;
Koal Keel, set in an historic 1700's Great House and featuring Eurasion-Caribbean specialties; CuisinArt Resort & Spa's Cafe Mediterraneo, a lively brasserie inspired by the cuisine of the Mediterranean, and The Old Caribe, an island classic poised on Rendezvous Bay at the Anguilla Great House.

$35.00 will be featured at Tasty's, Chef
Dale Carty's local favorite specializing in sophisticated West Indian cuisine; Roy's
Bayside Grill, a casual beachfront spot for great grilled steaks and seafood; Ripples, Sandy Ground's lively, transplanted English pub; E's Oven, where
Caribbean fusion food is the specialty; and Kuyah, Chef
Deon Thomas' beachfront outpost on Shoal Bay.
