About American Energy
American Energy Group, Ltd. is a non-operating oil and gas company with holdings in third party operated concession blocks in Pakistan. The non-operated holdings include both royalty interests and carried working interests which are convertible to royalties consistent with American Energy Group, Ltd.’s business model of investment in high quality oil and gas projects while limiting the exposure to the financial uncertainties associated with oil and gas exploration and operating. American Energy Group, Ltd. owns an 18% royalty in the Yasin Concession Block No. 2768-7 operated by Hycarbex-American Energy, Inc. and a 2-1/2 % working interest in the Sanjawi Concession Block No. 3068-2 and Zamzama North Concession Block No.2667-8, each of which is operated by Heritage Oil and Gas Limited. The working interests are “carried” by another participant as to all preparatory and exploration costs for the initial two wells on the Sanjawi Block and the initial three wells on the Zamzama North Block. The working interests are also convertible to a 1.5% gross royalty on a well-by-well basis at the election of American Energy Group, Ltd.
