Acer Extends Its Premiere Channel Partner Program to Top Performing VARs in Canada

New Acer Channel Excellence (ACE) Program gives qualified VARs increased benefits and incentives

Acer Canada, part of the world’s second largest PC vendor 1, today announced its Acer Channel Excellence (ACE) Program, a new channel partner initiative delivering enhanced tools and offerings for best-in-class value-added resellers (VARs). Piloted earlier this year in the United States, the ACE Program is the next phase in Acer’s continued commitment to its channel partners. Designed for qualified and authorized resellers with annual Acer revenue of $100,000 or more 2, the ACE Program helps to further ensure successful sales and support of Acer products.
The ACE Program is designed to provide comprehensive pre- and post- sales support to drive revenues for hardware and system integrator VARs. Rewards of the ACE Program includes a range of support benefits, including product training and updates, marketing tools and technical assistance for new Acer products and technology solutions.
Authorized ACE Program resellers will receive benefits including:
  • Exclusive service and support options, including separate 800 number with PIN (some exceptions apply)
  • Priority inside sales support
  • Increased engagement with Acer field personnel
  • Higher discount percentage on demo systems
  • Lead management
  • Free custom Acer collateral
  • Engagement with Acer’s product marketing organization
  • Special deal pricing (some exceptions apply)
  • Enhanced Acer partner Web portal access with direct access to sales and marketing support tools, technical documents and case studies
Also, all Acer authorized partners will continue to receive:
  • General inside sales support
  • Custom Acer collateral
  • Special deal pricing
  • Enhanced Acer partner Web portal access

Eligible VARs will be notified by Acer within the next 30 to 60 days regarding their inclusion into the ACE Program.
